Ingredientes
- 180 g plain flour
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 75 g peas
- 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 150 g kale leaves
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 250 g roast beef
- 100 ml beef gravy
- ½ tsp salt
Elaboración paso a paso
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Make up the batter mix. Tip 180g plain flour into a bowl with ½ tsp salt, Mix with a mixing rod or mixer, then slowly add 150 ml milk, whisking all the timeuntil the dough is uniform, then strain so that there are no lumps.
- Heat the oil in a large roasting tin in the oven for 8 mins and pour in the batter mix, transfer to the top shelf of the oven, then cook for 25 – 30 mins, until deep golden brown. If not, continue cooking.
- Meanwhile, put a large pan of salted water on to boil. Put the peas and kale into the boiling water and cook for 3 mins and season.
- When the pudding comes out of the oven, remove from the tin and flatten. Spread all ingredient. Wrap up and serve.
